I know how to ask for what I really want. I am able to manifest the experiences I desire. The theme of my adult life is: The Good Life. What that means is…

Relaxed Living. No feeling late or hurried. Having time to take pleasure in cooking and eating, cultural and social events such as: gallery nights, music in parks, beach days, dinner parties and potlucks, “keys parties” (I learned that one on Great British Bake Off), art festivals, boating with friends who have boats, winter hikes, Halloween parties, stitch n’ bitches, and other city or neighborhood-sponsored events my friends, family, and I could attend.

Good health in mind, body, and spirit. Regular exercise such as: yoga, walks and hikes, biking, swimming, and other recreational and social physical activity like snow-shoeing, rock climbing, gym dates, dance class, water or cross country skiing. It means regular and fulfilling sex. Orgasms. It means laughter, intellectually stimulating conversation, vulnerability and inspiration in relationship, rituals that fill me with gratitude, peace, and, depending on what I need stillness or energy. It means friends who like what I like. Berry picking, gardening, hiking, getting high, cooking, art making, live music, fresh foods, falling snow, camp or pit fires, night swimming (The. Good. Life!). It means being creative: writing for pleasure, writing to connect and engage, writing to entertain, successful money-making writing. Sewing and knitting for functional and beautiful uses like curtains, costumes, clothing, bags, and wall hangings.

It means having enough money for my cultural and social experiences, to support my well-being, to allow me to create regularly because I have the money to buy supplies, to distribute my work, and to be able to support myself and my family while working as a creative in the world.

Finally it means being able to do good as a citizen and human. It means having the energy to stand up for downtrodden people. It means being able to inspire others who want the good life too and being able to be an example that they can get it.

Therefore, these are the ways I want to spend my time…

  1. Cooking, sharing, and eating food
  2. Yoga, walking, biking, swimming, rock climbing, dancing, etc.
  3. Having sex
  4. Moving from a place of connection to my authentic (e.g. not fearful, hurried, or worried) self
  5. Rituals for spirit, energy direction, and gratitude
  6. Going out with friends or having them over
  7. Writing, crafting, and growing things
  8. Resting
  9. Acting as a leader of the gospel of the good life in my spheres of influence

I deserve the good life. I am advocating well-being and vitality which adds good to the human race and all living things (i.e. the world). I am deserving of the good life because I am alive and blessed with vitality, energetic vision, and kindness. I am an empathetic person who can uplift others when I am well. I deserve the good life because I am human and alive.

I manifest this daily by making the conscious choice to spend my time on living the good life as I have defined it. I have achieved the good life because I have spent my precious energy on the points that make my life a good one. I have achieved the good life because I have chosen consciously to enhance my well-being and raise my vibration with my efforts. I have achieved the good life because I have consciously chosen to spend my precious space and time surrounded by people and beings that enhance my well-being and raise my vibration so that I may return the favor to them two-fold. Blessings on blessings on blessings on blessings……
